Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) are voluntary, employee-led, internal groups to lead initiatives that foster belonging in the workplace. Each ERN includes a sponsor from the Trimble Executive Leadership team.

Internships and university hire programs
We hire student interns into Trimble each year through multiple school partnerships. In 2023, Trimble hired 327 interns globally.

Trimble hosts 28 Trimble Technology Labs at academic institutions across 15 countries. The labs provide hands-on learning with the technology solutions used by today's leading industry professionals.
